How to test internet speed
Get a fair reading of your connection.
Performance
- Use a wired device when possible, close VPN software, and pause downloads before testing.
- Run a test from Cue Club’s speed-test page placeholders or a trusted external tool such as Fast.com.
- Run more than one test at different times of day. A single sample is not a full picture.
- If results stay far below your package on Ethernet, contact support with screenshots and your username.
